Intergalatic leggings have been a sinsational hit over the internet. But how could a pair of leggings cost about $55-$125? Therefore, I will give you a cheap and fun way to create a pair of galaxy leggings!
You're going to need: A pair of black 100% cotton leggings, a clean spray bottle filled with bleach, yellow, purple, blue and red dye. Instead of buying a kit of dye for $9.99, I just bought Rit dye for $2.99 each.

Step 1: Let me just start by saying that you sould do this whole project outside but since I live in New York, the weather is being bi-polar and I had no choice but to do it in my basement.
Alright, lay out a pair of black leggings. MAKE SURE IT'S 100% COTTON! NO SPANDEX! Start spraying the leggings with bleach in sections to where they start to look like nebulous. Do this on the back of the leggings as well. Let the bleach soak in for a couple of hours. They should come out looking like this:

Step Two: Once you've sprayed both sides both sides you can start to add the the purple, red and blue dye to it. Spray it around the nebulous . Make sure the dye is added into clean spray bottles to give off that right affect. Once again, repeat the step on the back of the legginng:

*Extra - Uncap the spray bottle and use the pump to flick the bleach onto the leggings to give it that star affect.
Step Three: Let the leggings sit for about 2 days then wash them in COLD water and you should be good!!!!!
